Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery
Upfame provides digital services and electronic credits. No physical products are shipped to your address. All "shipping" is conducted electronically through our automated panel and delivered directly to your social media accounts or your internal Upfame Balance.
2. Delivery of Upfame Balance (Deposits)
- Immediate Processing: Once a payment is successfully confirmed through our secure payment gateways, the corresponding funds are credited to your Upfame Balance immediately.
- Confirmation: You will receive a notification or see an updated balance on your Dashboard as soon as the transaction is completed.
3. Delivery of Services (Orders)
Once an order is placed using your Upfame Balance, the following delivery timelines apply:
- Start Time: Most services begin processing within 0–24 hours. Some services are "Instant," while others may have a slight delay depending on the social media platform's queue.
- Completion Time: The time taken to complete an order depends on the quantity and type of service purchased. Small orders may finish in minutes, while larger campaigns may take several days to ensure natural growth.
- Order Status: You can track the real-time progress of your "delivery" through the Orders section of your Dashboard.
4. Failed Delivery
If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe (usually 72 hours), it is considered a failed delivery.
- Automatic Refund: In such cases, the funds will be automatically returned to your Upfame Balance.
- Support: If your delivery status is "Completed" but you haven't received the service, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a manual review.
