Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Upfame (operated by Foxy Media Labs), we are committed to providing reliable digital marketing solutions. Because we provide non-tangible, digital services, we have established a clear policy regarding refunds and cancellations to ensure a fair experience for all users.
2. Upfame Balance & Deposits
- Store Credit Only: All funds deposited into your account are converted into Upfame Balance.
- Non-Withdrawal: Deposits made via payment gateways are final. Once a deposit is successful, the funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your original payment source (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
- No Cash Value: Upfame Balance has no cash value and can only be used to purchase services within the Upfame Website.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued solely as Upfame Balance under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery: If an order has not started within 72 hours of being placed, the full amount will be credited back to your Upfame Balance within 24-48 hours.
- Partial Fulfillment: If an order is only partially completed, we will automatically refund the undelivered portion's value to your Upfame Balance.
- Service Unavailability: If a service becomes unavailable or is discontinued after an order is placed, the remaining amount will be refunded to your balance.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Due to the automated nature of the Upfame Website, orders are dispatched to third-party APIs immediately upon placement. Therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed. We urge users to double-check all links and service selections before confirming a purchase.
- System Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical issues, with a full refund to your Upfame Balance.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be provided for:
- User Errors: Incorrect links, private profiles, or changing usernames/deleting posts while an order is active.
- Drops: Social media platforms update their algorithms frequently. While we offer refill guarantees on many services, drops in count are not eligible for cash refunds.
- Upfame Balance: Funds added to your Upfame Balance are final and cannot be withdrawn to your bank account or original payment method. They can only be used for future services.
- Disputes/Chargebacks: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your Upfame account. We reserve the right to provide transaction logs, IP addresses, and delivery proof to the relevant bank or payment gateway to contest such disputes. Additionally, we reserve the legal right to remove any promotional engagement (followers, likes, etc.) delivered to the targeted social media accounts in the event of a payment dispute.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of approval. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
